The Panamanian charter airline, Flytrip, acquired the Cessna Grand Caravan Ex aircraft from the factory, which will add 12 additional seats to the number of seats it offers on its national and international flights

The aircraft is configured to serve 12 passengers and is added to the other two aircraft that the company has, each with capacity for nine people. In total it will add 30 seats. Another of Flytrip's advantages is that its entire fleet is its own, with the newest equipment in the Panamanian market for charter flights, which have greater capacity.

«The new aircraft will allow us to grow the offer with our clients, maintaining the standard of having the most modern fleet, in addition to helping to promote tourism, connectivity and internal air transport that benefits the Panamanian economy.”, highlighted Jaime Fernández, CEO of Flytrip.

He explained that the airline from its hangar and operation at the Marcos A. Gelabert International Airport, in Albrook, offers charter flight service to Contadora, Bocas del Toro, Pedasí, Chiriquí, Darién and other destinations.

Later, other aircraft may be incorporated that will expand the offer that we are already improving. Our certificate allows us to carry out international operations, if required, and we are able to do so”, explained the director of Flytrip.

The Flytrip hangar has conference rooms, a VIP room with three lounges with a capacity for 24 clients, shower and bathroom services, internet connection, food and drinks.

The new aircraft was presented during an event attended by representatives of the aviation and tourism sectors.

Flytrip's certificate also authorizes the movement of medical personnel and equipment and air cargo. The cabins of its aircraft allow configuring the planes to convert them into air ambulances in an agile way, providing the ability to land at airports and airfields in the Republic of Panama.
